Zero Tolerance on Rent Arrears
We have a Zero Tolerance policy in relation to rent arrears. If your tenant misses a rent payment, we will immediately start chasing up the rent in accordance to the Residential Tenancies Act. We will keep you informed throughout the whole process. If you are already in a situation with a tenant in arrears, please contact us and we can support you in the recovery of rental money.
